Ryan J came out and was fantastic to work with! I had plenty of questions and he was willing to talk through them all and offer suggestions and additional information. When it came time to complete the installations and change out the locks he was very friendly, courteous, cared for the areas he worked in, and kept me informed throughout. They sent a tech over the same morning I called; he took the door mechanism apart and fixed the spring. Meanwhile, we will wait for a replacement piece (4-5 weeks), the door works properly for now.
